Submitting an exhibitor application does not guarantee space at any GLW show. All applications are subject to review and approval by show management.
Exhibitor Requirements
Important:
All exhibitors must provide valid business documentation and meet product quality standards for acceptance.
Required Documentation
- Product photography demonstrating quality and authenticity
- Insurance certificate (may be required for certain shows)
Product Standards
- All gems, minerals, and jewelry must meet professional quality standards
- Products must be accurately represented and properly labeled
- Synthetic or treated materials must be clearly disclosed
- Show management reserves the right to review and approve all merchandise
Application Process
Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis within each product category. Priority may be given to established exhibitors and those offering unique or high-quality merchandise.
Timeline & Deadlines
- Applications typically due 60-90 days before show dates
- Space assignments confirmed 30-45 days prior to show
- Payment schedules vary by show and will be specified upon acceptance
- Cancellation policies apply and vary by show

The following policy applies to all exhibitors and applicants of GLW shows. GLW Shows reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time.
At GLW Shows, we consider it a high priority to earn and keep our exhibitors' trust and confidence. You can be assured that any information you share with us will be treated confidentially. Information gathered is considered professional information and will be used for GLW Shows' statistical analysis, show planning, and marketing purposes.
Terms & Liability
Exhibitor agrees to hold GLW Shows harmless from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, liability, loss, cost, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature, which arise out of or result from exhibiting or participating in GLW shows, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitations, personal injuries to exhibitor, their employees, or invitees.
Additional Terms: Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth setup, merchandise security, and compliance with all local regulations. GLW Shows reserves the right to remove any exhibitor whose conduct or merchandise is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the show's reputation.
