How It Works

Our referral program is designed to be straightforward and rewarding. Follow these simple steps to earn your $300 credit

Identify a New Exhibitor

Think of a business in your network that would benefit from exhibiting at GLW Shows. The referred exhibitor must not have exhibited with GLW in the past three years.

Submit Your Referral

Before your referral contacts GLW you must advise GLW Shows at info@glwshows.com or call +1 (601) 879-8832 with your referral information. Include your name, and your company name, and the referred business name and contact details.

They Contract, Pay and Exhibit at the 2026 Tucson Winter Show.

The referred exhibitor signs up for the 2026 Tucson Winter Show, Pays and Exhibits. Once
confirmed, you're eligible for your credit.

Receive Your $300 Credit

After the referred exhibitor's is confirmed, a $300 credit will be automatically applied to your next GLW Shows invoice. It's that simple!

Program Eligibility & Rules

Please review these terms carefully to ensure your referral qualifies for the $300 credit.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The referring party must be a current GLW Shows exhibitor in good standing with no outstanding balances.
  • The referred exhibitor must be a new business that has not exhibited with GLW Shows in the past three (3) years.
  • The referred exhibitor must register for the Tucson Show 2026.
  • Only one referral credit per new exhibitor. Multiple referrers for the same exhibitor will be credited on a first-come, first-served basis.

Credit Application Process

  • The $300 credit will be applied to the referring exhibitor's account only after the referred exhibitor has executed a signed contract, paid and exhibited at their full deposit for the 2026 Tucson WinterShow 2026.
  • The credit will be applied to the referring exhibitor's next invoice issued by GLW Shows.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to past invoices.
  • Credits must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance. Unused credits will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Referred Exhibitor Requirements

  • The referred exhibitor must complete the full registration process and execute a valid exhibitor agreement with GLW Shows.
  • The referred exhibitor must pay the required deposit in full before the promotional credit is issued to the referring exhibitor.
  • The referred exhibitor must actually exhibit at the Tucson Show 2026. If the referred exhibitor cancels their participation or fails to exhibit, the credit will be voided and may be reclaimed from the referring exhibitor's account.
  • The referred exhibitor must comply with all GLW Shows rules, regulations, and exhibitor guidelines.

Program Limitations

  • There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals a current exhibitor may submit.
  • GLW Shows reserves the right to verify all referral information and exhibitor eligibility.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted. Referring your own business under a different name or entity is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  • Referrals of businesses that are already in active discussions or negotiations with GLW Shows may not qualify for the credit, at GLW Shows' sole discretion.

General Terms

  • GLW Shows reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • GLW Shows reserves the right to disqualify any referral that is deemed fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
  • This program is valid for the Tucson Show 2026 only. Future shows may have different referral programs with different terms.
  • All decisions regarding eligibility, credit issuance, and program interpretation are at the sole discretion of GLW Shows and are final.
  • By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
